id) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Subdivision construction after residents have occupied the first nnit within any <br />Area shall be limited to g:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />Residential or commercial/office construction shall follow the same construction <br />hours as described above for subdivision construction for each Area, both before <br />and after residential units are occupied. <br /> <br />Tetmnt improvement or house interior construction taking place totally within an <br />enclosed structure shall be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday <br />through Saturday. <br /> <br />Signs stating construction hours shall be posted throughout each construction site <br />and in construction trailer(s). <br /> <br />The Planning Director may allow earlier construction "start times" for specific <br />construction activities (e.g., concrete foundation/slab pours) if it can be <br />demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Planning Director that the construction and <br />construction traffic noise will not affect nearby residents. <br /> <br />At least one week prior to the start of construction, the developer shall distribute <br />to adjoining propcr~ owners, as determh~ed by the Planning Director, an <br />informational hand-out containing planned work schedules and containing the <br />contact persons, together with their teIephone numbers, tbr the developer of the <br />project and for City public works and planning department personnel overseeing <br />the construction activity. <br /> <br />79. <br /> <br />Q. Fees/Exactions <br /> <br />Development and Processing Fees. The Property Owner shall pay any and all fees to <br />which the Project may be subject prior to issuance of building permits or other <br />entitlements for which such fees are applicable. Fees shall be those in effect at the time <br />permits are issued. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Certain fees, either existing or as may be established in the i~ture, may be capped <br />or otherwise iimited through the operation of a Devalopment Agreement.
