Property Owner shall construct noise attenuation barriers to <br />shield future Project land uses from exterior noise emanating from the 1-680 freeway and <br />the UPRR railroad tracks. <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />1-680 Soundberms. Property Owner may construct an earthen berm parallel to <br />1-680 on the west side of the freeway, as shown on Figure 6-1, Noise Mitigation <br />Measures Policy Diagram of the Bernal Property Specific Plan..5!t:m.~t!¥:!y, <br /> <br />h7 r:z:!ut!xn.
