Ordinance No. 1813 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the prezoning and rezoning for the 13ernal Property Specific Plan Area, <br />including: <br /> <br />Prezoning the 439.7 acres of the Bemal Property in unincorporated <br />Alameda County to Pleasanton's PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. <br />Rezoning the approximately 70.3 acres of the Bernal Property already <br />within the jurisdiction of/he City of Pleasanton from I-P (Industrial Park) to <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. <br />Rezoning the one-acre parcel owned by the City of Pleasanton from I-P <br />(Industrial Park) to P (Public and Institutional). <br />Prezoning the portion of the Alameda County Transportation Corridor to <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Transportation Corridor. <br />Rezoning the Union Pacific Railroad fight-of-way to PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Transportation Corridor <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with the <br />City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br />amended by Zoning Unit Map #453, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated <br />August 21, 2000, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published <br />in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen <br />(15) days in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />This ordinance shall bc cffectivcthirty(30) days after the date ofits finalpassage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCEDat a special meetingofthe CityCouncil ofthe City ofPleasanton on August 21, <br />2000. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on August 28, <br />2000 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> <br />
