EXHIBIT "B" <br /> Conditions of Approval <br /> Case PUD-98-07 <br />Kaiser Center for Technology <br /> <br />Master Development Plm~ and Design Guidelines <br /> <br />On-site development shall be guided by the Master Development Plan and <br />Design Guidelines Dated "Received" May 22, and July 3, 2000, except as <br />modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />The total gross building area within the project shall not exceed 960,000 square <br />feet. <br /> <br />The Master Development Plan and Design Guidelines shall be modified as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a. The tbllowing language shall be added between the first and second <br />paragraphs of the "Parking" section (page IV. 5): <br /> <br /> "Parking shall be provided as required by Section 18.88 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code." <br /> <br />b. Figure 1V-26 shall bc modified to show that parking lot trees shall be <br />planted 32 feet on center for compact spaces. <br /> <br />c. The guidelines shall state that a comprehensive Transportation <br />Management Program be developed. Transportation management programs <br />shall include the following additional improvements to reduce traffic: install <br />bicycle racks at each building; install showers on the first floor in each building; <br />and install electric vehicle fueling stations. <br /> <br />d. The guidelines shall clarify that if the service road is extended to the West <br /> Zone, it can be used for service vehicles only. <br /> <br />e. The guidelines shall be modified to require public access on the entire <br />loop trail system if the project is developed with multiple tenants/users or with a <br />single tenant/user that does not require security. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> <br />
