49. <br /> <br />The design of water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the <br />review and approval ol the City Engineer. In the event that project's <br />contribution to the sanitary sewer system requires downstream upsizing, the <br />applicant shall be required to make these improvements. <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br />Approval of the final storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the City Engineer and Zone 7, as applicable, that the system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - Zone 7. <br />meets any and all applicable requirements of the Federal Emergency <br />Management Flood Hazard Program, the California Department of Fish and <br />Game, aud meets the i~mnediate and long-range requirements of this <br />development and all upstream areas intended to be drained through this <br />development. <br /> <br />51. <br /> <br />Electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, Cable <br />television, and any required alarm systems for existing and future development <br />shall be installed underground in a joint utility trench unless otherwise <br />specifically approved by the City Engineer or Director of Building Inspection for <br />on-site. <br /> <br />52. <br /> <br />Any damage to existing street improvements during funare construction on the <br />subject property shall be repaired to the satishction of the City Engineer at lull <br />expense to the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street <br />reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />53. <br /> <br />Future development shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />54. <br /> <br />All future trash enclosure areas shall be completely covered. An area drain shall <br />be installed in the enclosure area which connects to the sanitary sewer. A <br />structural control such as an oil/water separator or sand filter shall be provided. <br />No other area shall drain into the trash enclosure: a berm shall be installed to <br />prevent such drainage if found necessary by the City Engineer/Director of <br />Building Inspection. A sign shall be posted prohibiting the dumping of <br />hazardous materials into the sanitary sewer. The applicant shall notify the <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) upon installation of the sanitary <br />connection; a copy of this notification shall be provided to the Planning <br />Department. <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br /> <br />
