Land Use/Circulation Joint Workshop #8: To be scheduled: Staff presents the results of <br /> traffic and fiscal/economic modeling of Preliminary Draft Land Use Plan, and makes <br /> recommendations for amendments to the circulation network and/or the land use. City <br /> Council gives direction to staff for preparation of a Draft Preferred Land Use and <br /> Circulation Plan. <br />. Community Input: Staff recommends publishing the Draft Preferred Land and Circulation <br /> Plan and any alternatives in a newsletter format for distribution to all Pleasanton <br /> addresses, as well as on the City's web site. This would be followed by one or more <br /> Community Meetings to take community comment. <br />. Land Use/Circulation Joint Workshop #9: To be scheduled: City Council and Planning <br /> Commission hears community comment. City Council gives direction to staff regarding a <br /> Final Preferred Land Use and Circulation Plan and alternatives for the purposes of the <br /> Draft EIR. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1. Consider the list of citywide land use issues to be resolved and direct staff regarding <br /> any additions. <br /> 2. Consider the list of potential land use change areas shown in Table 1 with a view of <br /> identifying additional sites that may have been missed, and direct staff to add such <br /> specific sites to the list. <br /> 3.
