The applicants have strategically <br />located the single-family homes along Peters Avenue, emphasizing and enhancing a single- <br />family streetscape. <br />Staff believes that the project would be consistent with the siting, mass, height, and garage <br />guidelines of the Downtown Design Guidelines.
