Exhibit Q, Sign in Sheet from Neighborhood Meeting Dated
"December 7, 2004"
BACKGROUND
The applicants, Ron and Kim Winter, are requesting to demolish a one-story house at 520 St.
John Street and to construct four new single-family detached homes and two new attached
multi-family residential units. To achieve more flexibility in the development plan standards
than those provided for in the RM-15 Zoning District and Core Area Overlay District, the
applicants have applied for a PUD rezoning and development plan approval, as required per the
Pleasanton Municipal Code. The development plan and the rezoning from the RM-15 to PUD-
HDR Zoning District are now before the Commission for review and recommendation to the
City Council.
Site Description
The subject site is an approximately 11,271 square foot (.26 acre) infilllot located in the
Downtown Specific Plan area and bounded by St. John's Street to the north and Peters Avenue
to the east. There is a one-story residence, built between 1915 and 1920 located on this
relatively flat site.
Case No. PUD-37 Planning Commission
Page - 2-
