<br />55. The applicant shall work with the Building and Safety Division and <br /> the Pleasanton Unified School District to pay the required school <br /> fees for new construction. <br />56. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the <br /> applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for <br /> any water meters, including irrigation meters. Additionally, the <br /> applicant shall pay any applicable Dublin San Ramon Services <br /> District (DSRSD) sewer permit fee. <br />57. All dwelling units in the development shall be constructed to meet <br /> Title 24 state energy conservation requirements. <br />58. All building and/or structural plans must comply with all codes and <br /> ordinances in effect before the Building and Safety Division will <br /> issue permits. <br />59. The applicant shall submit plot plans for each of the residential lots <br /> showing building setbacks and a topographic plan showing grading <br /> and drainage. Pad elevations, finish tloor elevations, retaining walls, <br /> easements, maximum height of the highest structure, and the front, <br /> rear, and side yards are to be indicated on the plan. Plans for custom <br /> lots are to be signed by a registered civil engineer. All residential <br /> plot plans shall show compliance with Sections 2907(d) and <br /> 700l2(d) of the Uniform Building Code. <br />60. The applicant shall submit a site soils report to the Chief Building <br /> Official, with as many copies as required by the Chief Building <br /> Official prior to issuance of a grading permit, for third party peer <br /> review and shall pay for such review at the time specified. <br />61. The record grading plan is to be submitted to the Chief Building <br /> Official before issuance of a building permit. <br />62. The soils engineer shall certity the pad compactions of all lots <br /> containing fill to the satisfaction of the Chief Building Official prior <br /> to the issuance of building permits. <br />63. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building and <br /> Safety Division on computer disk in a format approved by the <br /> Director.
