<br />50. Prior to the issuance of demolition and building permits, the <br /> applicant shall submit a waste management plan to the Building and <br /> Safety Division. The plan shall include the estimated composition <br /> and quantities of waste to be generated and how the applicant <br /> intends to recycle at least 50% of the total job site construction and <br /> demolition waste measured by weight or volume. Proof of <br /> compliance shall be provided to the Chief Building Official prior to <br /> the issuance of a final building permit. During demolition and <br /> construction, the applicant shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash <br /> materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". <br /> The applicant shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for the <br /> disposal of all waste from the site. <br />51. The homes covered by this approval shall be constructed to <br /> encourage telecommuting by providing as an option <br /> telecommunications infrastructure consistent with state-of-the-art <br /> methods, e.g., cabling for DSL service, wiring for total room access, <br /> etc. The applicant shall submit with the first building permit <br /> application those measures included in the home construction for <br /> review and approval by the Building and Safety Division before <br /> issuance of the first building permit. <br />52. The applicant acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not <br /> guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this <br /> development by the approval of this case, and that the applicant <br /> agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be <br /> withheld if sewer capacity is found by the City not to be available. <br />53. This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water <br /> to serve the project. The City shall withhold building permits for the <br /> project if at the time building permits are applied for, mandatory <br /> water rationing is in effect, unless the City has adopted a water offset <br /> program and unless the applicant is participating in the program. <br /> Notwithstanding the applicant's participation in such a program, the <br /> City may withhold building permits if the City determines that <br /> sufficient water is not available at the time of application of building <br /> permits. <br />54. The applicant shall pay any and all fees to which the property may <br /> be subject prior to issuance of building permits.
