<br /> <br /> <br />LEASANTON, <br /> <br />City Council <br />Staff Report <br /> <br />September 20,2005 <br />Public Works Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, IMPROVEMENT PLANS, AND <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT FOR THE BUSCH PROPERTY <br />(pONDEROSA HOMES II, INC,) FOR TRACT 7432 <br />(PONDEROSA/BUSCH PROPERTY) <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the Ci~ Council take the following action at the <br />meeting of September 20,2005: <br /> <br />1. Approve the Improvement Plans and Final Map for Tract 7432, Busch <br />Prope~ . <br /> <br />2. Author~e the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Agreement for <br />this development. <br /> <br />3. Accept all parcels of land and easements offered for dedication on the <br />Final Map. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: Tract 7432, Ponderosa/Busch Property, is a 30 lot, single-family <br />residential subdivision proposed by Ponderosa Homes II, Inc., located <br />easterly of the Alameda County Corridor, and south-west of Baker Drive <br />(Tract 7429).
