Revised Plan

The master site plan now depicts the retention of the existing driveway from Valley Trails
Drive, a reconfiguration of the existing parking, a reduction of the parking from 104 spaces to
75 spaces, the provision of Fire Department access in the parking area, the provision of a 3'-6"
high berm at the interface between the residences and the new Phase II parking area with a
minimum width of 23 feet enlarging up to 35 feet, the creation of a permanent 'memorial
garden' located at the northern end of the Phase III Administration building, the creation of a
new courtyard, and a reconfigured Phase II worship area along with a new cross tower.
Comments related to some of the more significant revisions are as follows:

· The redesign of the worship area has resulted in added square footage to the building
from 9,950 square feet to 10,900 square feet but does not the increase the number of
seats. The maximum number of seats remains at 450.

· The memorial garden is considered to be a sacred area for the Church and a place where
members may be provided solitude and quiet with their prayers and thoughts. Since this
feature is so important, the representatives assured the group that if placed in that
location, there would be no future plans to move it or replace it with any other use such
as a driveway to National Park Road.

· A courtyard has successfully been designed into the plan, recovering a significant design
feature for the Church.

· Pedestrian access has been achieved along the Valley Trails frontage, providing more
visibility and an entry statement.

· The existing driveway location is maintained.

· A Cross Tower has been added as a new feature to announce the Church to the
community and provide additional streetscape visibility.

The attached Exhibit A reflects a more detailed rendition of the color sketch reviewed and
supported at the August 26, 2005 joint meeting.

SR:05:244
Page 7
