The Church seeks design review approval for <br /> Phase I and a conditional use permit for a master expansion plan by <br /> (a) adding to the sanctuary and adding a multi-purpose room (total <br /> addition--approximately 4,945 square feet) (Phase I), (b) building a <br /> new sanctuary of approximately 9,950 10,900 square feet and <br /> expanding the existing parking lot (Phase II), and (c) constructing a <br /> new administrative office of approximately 5,000 square feet <br /> (Phase III). <br /> <br />GENERAL PLAN: Medium Density Residential <br />ZONING: RM-2,500 (Multiple-Family Residential) District <br />LOCATION: 3350 Hopyard Road <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br /> On May 11, 2005, the Planning Commission heard the subject matter, and made the <br /> following motions: <br /> <br /> Commissioner Fox moved to make the conditional use findings as listed in the staff <br /> report and to approve PDR-391/PCUP-118 as recommended by staff, subject to the <br /> <br /> SR:05:244 <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
