ORDINANCE NO. 85 An Ordinance Pr~scrlbing Rules and Regulations Gov- erning the Use of Water and the lWode of Ta'pping the Water Mains, and Fixing R&te .for Use of Water an& Penalties for the Violation Tlhereof and Supplementary and Amendatory to Ordinances Nos. 46, 53 and 60. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Pleasan~ do ordain as follows, Section 1. DEFINITION OF SERVICE. The of ,vater furnished by the Town of Pleasanton .or rained from the water system of said town b.v family, whether living 'in the same building with another family or fl,milies, or in which one or more places of business are located or both or not, and each place of business whether said place of business is located in the same building or connected with a dwelling or other place of business, or other public places or both, o r not, and each public watering trough, and each and every separ- ate and individual use of wat~.r furnished or obtainet from said town, shall constitute and be a separate and individual service under the terms and meaning of this Ordinance; and wherever the term "service" is herein- after used, this section is particularly referred to. Sec. 2. TAPS FOR SERVICE. Subdivision 1. Each service hereunder must be op- erated and sustained under, by and through a separate tap, excepting under the conditions set forth in Sub- divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5 af this section, and Section and no other service shall make use of said tap. Subdivision 2. All services in and for one building must be operated and sustained by and through tne same tap. Subdivision 3. Where two or more buildings are owned by the same person, firm or corporation, and lie adjacent one to the other without an intervening owner- ship, all services in and for such buildings must be on- erated and sustained by and through the same tap; pro 13t
