ORDINANCE NO. 82 <br />(Ordinance No. 82 is repealed by Ordinance No. 113.) <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 83 <br />An Ordinance to Prevent the Carrying of Dangerous <br />Deadly Concealed Weapons, <br /> Repealed. <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 84 <br />An Ordinance to Prevent the Erection of Cesspools of <br />Recons~ructlon of the Same, Wiehout the Written Con- <br />sent of the Town Trustees. <br /> The Board of Trustees of the Town oi Pleasant, on <br />do ordain as follows, to-wit: <br /> Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any persons <br />company or corporation to construct or reconstruct any <br />cesspool, pump or drain or privy vault within the Cor- <br />porate limits of the Town of Pleasanton without first <br />having obtained the consent of the Boar,.~ of trustees <br />in writing, upon the recommendation of ~hree or more' <br />members of the Board of Health. <br /> Sec. 2. Any person or persons violating the con- <br />ditions of Section 1 of This Ordinance shall be deemed <br />guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a plea of guilt~r or <br />conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding Twcn~ <br />ty-five Dollars (125.00) and any judgment that t~.e de- <br />fendant pay a fine shall also direct that in case said <br />fine is not paid, he shall be imprisoned in ehe <br />jail until the same is satisfied in the proportio:~ oZ one <br />days imprisonment for every Two Dollars $2.00 of the <br />fine so imposed. <br /> Sec. 3.
