Any peron who wtlfully violates any of the <br />provisions of tl~is Ordinace shall be guilty of a misde- <br />meanor, and upon ~ plea of guilty, or by conviction of <br />any court or jury, shall be t~ined not exceeding One Hun- <br />dred Dollars ($100.00), and any judgment that the de- <br />fendant pay a fine shall also direct that in case said fine <br />is not paid, .the defendant shall be imprisoned until such <br />fine is satisfied in the proportion of one day's imprison- <br />ment for every two dollars ($2.00) fine so imposed. <br /> Sec. 9. This Ordinance shall be published in the <br />Pleasanton Times and shall take effect on the 1st day <br />of January, A. D. 1910. <br /> On motion of Trustee Refiners, seconded by Trustee <br />Sinclair, the foregoing Ordinance was adopted and <br />passed on the 13'Lh day of December, 1909. <br /> (Seal) C.H.
