Santa Rita at Valley widening for triple southbound and double westbound left turns <br />Stanley Boulevard widening east of Main Street to accept double southbound left from <br />Main Street. <br />Stoneridge Drive at Springdale Avenue <br />Stoneridge Drive at 1-680 northbound - modify signal to allow a northbound <br />right/westbound through overlap period <br />Sunol Boulevard at Sycamore Road - implement constrained gateway policy that <br />provides adequate green time for east, west and southbound traffic in the afternoon, while <br />allowing LOS F conditions northbound. <br />Valley Avenue at Koll Center Parkway north - unsplit east/west signal phasing <br />Vineyard Avenue at Ruby Hill Boulevard - continue constrained gateway policy that <br />limits westbound through traffic in the morning to 200 vehicles per hour even though this <br />creates LOS F conditions. <br />West Las Positas Boulevard at Hopyard Road - construct third westbound left turn lane <br /> <br />Roadway Changes: <br /> o Bernal Avenue widening west, including Bridge over Arroyo Del Valle <br /> o Bernal Avenue widening east, including Bridge over Arroyo Del Valle <br /> o Castlewood at Foothill to provide a short second westbound lane <br /> o Stanley Boulevard widening east of Bernal Avenue to allow three eastbound through <br /> lanes at intersection <br /> o Happy Valley Bypass Road <br /> o 1-680 southbound on-ramp widening from Bernal Avenue to accommodate two <br /> westbound left turn lanes <br /> o Spring Street one-way westbound between First Street and Railroad Street <br /> o Valley Avenue extension to Case/Junipero <br /> o Valley Avenue widening north of Bernal to create a new southbound right turn only lane <br /> and accommodate three eastbound left turn lanes <br /> <br />Year 2025 Alternative B) - Pleasanton intersection and roadway capacity enhancements - <br />Existing + Approved Pleasanton Land Development~ plus regional 2025 development with <br />buildout of the Livermore and Dublin General Plans. <br />This traffic forecast included all of the Group 2 changes at intersections to reduce congestion, and added <br />several additional intersection changes, roadway widenings and roadway extensions included in the <br />1996 General Plan. Roadway widenings that were found to contribute very little to congestion relief <br />were omitted from this run.
