· All the widenings, street extensions, and additional intersection modifications <br /> included in Alternatives A and B. <br />· Stoneridge Drive Extension - a four lane street extension from its present easterly <br /> terminus at Trevor Parkway to E1 Charro Road, intersecting with Jack London <br /> Boulevard. <br />· West Las Positas Boulevard interchange at 1-680 - a full movement interchange <br /> with ramp metering; no freeway auxiliary lanes. <br />· Intersection modifications to improve/optimize LOS given this model run's output, <br /> notably at Hopyard - West Las Positas, Stoneridge at Santa Rita, and Stoneridge at <br /> West Las Positas where re-stripping accommodate the redirected traffic. <br /> <br />Table 5 summarizes the intersection levels-of-service (LOS) for this altemative and <br />compares them with other alternatives and existing conditions. Table 6 compares average <br />overall Level of Service and delay at all intersections studied. It also shows the significant <br />increase in hourly traffic volumes and in the hours of delay at the study intersections by the <br />Year 2025 for each Alternative <br /> <br />Table 6 looks at delay only at about 130 intersections around the City and does not <br />consider how the effect of increasing traffic also reduces driving speeds between <br />intersections. Table 7 uses the traffic forecast model to look at changes in driving time <br />along all of the City's existing arterial and collector roadways, and intersections.
