Accept for normal maintenance the list of public improvements stated <br /> below for Tract 7499. <br /> <br /> 2. Authorize the City Clerk to fde a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />SUMMARY: Tract 7499, Lakeside Estates, is a 5-lot, single-family residential <br /> subdivision development. Lakeside Estates consists of 2.5 acres located <br /> north of Vineyard Avenue opposite Pictronave Lane. The developer is <br /> requesting acceptance of the public improvements for this tract. All work <br /> is complete and ready for acceptance by thc City. <br /> <br /> Honorable Mayor and Members of the City Council: <br /> <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> <br /> Tract 7499, Lakeside Estates, is a 5-lot single-family residential subdivision developed by Jon <br /> McCurdy of Data Sales of California, a California corporation.
