FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Staff is recommending that the Reserve for Currently Funded CIP Projects (CIP- 017042) be <br />used to meet remaining construction costs. This CIP project, which currently has a balance <br />estimated at $270,000, was approved by ~he Council to address project expenses that exceed <br />projections or available revenues.
