Any owne~er~c,n ~a;'ing ........... ~ ..........o an o s ave e du o remove <br />immediately any feces left by such an:~ma!dog on any public place and to dispose of such feces in <br />a sanitary manner. <br /> Any owne~ ............. t, ....~o,,~,~j~ ..... f~ .......... ,~. ,,,,.,L.,~.~ of any dog in or on a public place shall <br />have in such person's immediate possession a device,-o~ equipment, or container for the picking <br />up and removal of animal feces. For purposes of this section, such device:-o~ equipment, or <br />container shall be deemed to be in a person's immediate possession if such device,-o~ equipment~ <br />or container is in a person's hand or is on the person, such as within a pocket. <br /> C. No person shall fail or refuse to show to the ~rcctc:Chief of Police or to any police <br /> officer such device or equipment if the device or equipment is not visible. <br /> D. The provisions of subsections B and C above shall not apply to any disabled person when <br /> the person's disability requires a dog to accompany the person aor to a person using a dog in <br /> emergency or rescue activities. <br /> <br /> 7.36.040 Fowl and rabbits - At large. It is declared to be a nuisance and no person shall suffer <br /> or permit any chickens, geese, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, doves, pigeons, squabs, or similar fowl <br /> or rabbits, owned or controlled by ~mthe person-o~-it, to mn or fly at large or go upon the <br /> premises of any other person in the city. <br /> <br /> 7.36.0507.2,a~.~ Cleanliness of premises where animals are kept. Any ownerE-ve~ <br />c, wn:.ng er c, cc::Fy~ng prem[:e: -'~'~ of any animal or; fowl er b~r~ :~ ~ <br /> ....... __ __ ~ .... t~- shall keep the stable, <br /> barn, stall, pen, coop, building or place in which the animal is kept in a clean and sanitary <br /> condition." <br /> <br /> Section 9: Chapter 13.08 (Parks and Recreation Facilities) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Chapter 13.08 Parks and Recreation Facilities <br /> <br /> 13.08.010, no change. <br /> <br /> 13.08.020 Definitions. <br /> For the purposes of this chapter the following words and phrases shall mean: <br /> <br /> A, no change. <br /> <br /> B.
