The foregoing franchise and permission are granted on the condition that the said WESTERN PACIEIC RAILWAY COMPANY, its successors or assigns, shall, when said railroad is con- structed, construct su~%able approaches to the crossings of all streets or avenues which are not crossed at the hereto- fore official grade if the same has been established, or at the present existing grade if the same has not been officially established, according to the profiles set out on the map on file with the Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton and entitled "Western Pacific Ry. Co. San ~rancisco Division. Located B1.~ Line. Proposed Street Grades in Pleasanton," the s~l ~qua~ee on said map indicating a distance of 50 feet horizontally and five feet vertically, and the line marked #$50" indicating an elevation of S50 feet above mean low tide in the Bay of San Prancisco; such approaches to consist in grading said streets in accordance with said map, and in constructing such culverts, gutters and other means of drainage as are necess~y for takl~ care of the drainage of said streets so far as the same may be affected by said approaches. III. That the grades of Spring Street, Division Street, Angola Street and Abbie Street be and th~ same are hereby established as and declared to be the grades thereof indicated on said map by the profile lines designated as "proposed street grade"
