Contractual Matters <br /> <br />Insurance coverages of our team will be provided on request. Note that Mundie & Associates does not <br />carry professional liability coverage ("errors and omissions"). Subcontractors whose professional <br />assignments are undertaken by state licensed professionals do carry that coverage. <br /> <br />Biographies of Roberta Mundie and Suzanne Lampert are provided on pp. 15 and 16. <br /> <br />Mundie & Associates charges for its work based on hours devoted to the study multiplied by <br />established billing rates. Expenses are charged at M&A cost. A schedule of charges applicable to <br />work in the current year is presented on p. 13. <br /> <br />Cost for subcontracted technical services will depend on the level of assistance requested. The budget <br />for Task Group 1 has allowed a modest level of filnds for consultation with technical specialists. When <br />the EIR scope of work for Task Groups 3 and 4 is prepared, following completion of the scoping <br />process, a budget for work in technical areas will be included.
