Schedule of Charges <br /> <br />Mundie & Associates, 2005 <br /> <br />Hourly billing rates for Mundie & Associates' professional services: <br /> Principal $153.00 <br /> Senior Associate $150.00 <br /> Staff Associate $75.00 - 115.00 <br /> <br />Billing rotes are subject to revision at the beginning of each calendar year; minor rate adjustments <br />may occur during the calendar year in response to general economic conditions. <br /> <br /> Rates for litigation-related services involving depositions and courtroom appearances are 1.5 times <br /> normal rates, subject to a minimum charge of one-half day. <br /> <br /> £xpenses <br /> <br /> The following expense rates apply: <br /> · travel in staff-owned vehicles, 40.5¢ per mile (current IRS rate) <br /> · in-house photocopying, 25¢ per page <br /> · fax receipts and transmittals, 25¢ per page, plus 50¢ per outgoing fax phone call <br /> · telephone charges, itemized cost per call multiplied by 1.5 for all itemized calls <br /> <br /> Expenses (for travel and incidental subsistence, publications, deliveries, and printing) <br /> are charged to clients at their cost to Mundie & Associates. <br /> <br /> Expenses for professional services including graphics and electronic document preparation are also <br /> charged at cost. <br /> <br /> Technical Subconsultants <br /> BASELINE Environmental Consulting Brace Abelli-Amen $135.00 <br /> Environmental Vision Marsha Gale $130.00 <br /> Illingworth & Rodkin Michael Thill $135.00 <br /> Wetlands Research Associates Tom Fraser $120.00 <br /> <br />Boreal Prope~*t¥ P~ropo.~aJ <br />PAase ~l Specitic Plan £1R Page ;~ / ~ Mund~e & ~sociates <br /> <br /> <br />
