Replacement of Sewer Facilities at Various Locations and <br />Installation of New Water Facilities at Longview Drive <br /> <br />Scope of Services <br /> <br />7.0 100% Plans, Specifications, and Cost Estimate <br /> Upon receiving review comments from the City, each comment will be reviewed, discussed, and <br /> addressed in writing. Appropriate modifications will be made to the plans, special provisions, and <br /> estimate. The plans and specifications will be finalized for the project including all notes/details and <br /> incorporating all comments received. A construction phasing schedule will also be prepared in order <br /> to minimize the water delivery interruption. <br /> <br /> Deliverables: Final (signed and sealed) Plans, Specifications and Cost Estimate in hard copy and <br /> in electronic file format, and Proiect Phasing Schedule. <br /> <br />8.0 Advertising/Award Period <br /> <br /> Pakpour Consulting Group will provide technical assistance to City of Pleasanton staff during the <br /> advertising period for the project that will include written responses to bidder's inquires (up to ten <br /> responses total), preparation of contract addenda, and attendance at a pre-bid conference and site <br /> visit. <br /> <br /> Deliverables: Written responses to inquiries and addenda <br />9.0 Public Meetings <br /> <br /> Pakpour Consulting Group will conduct 2 to 3 public informational meetings to provide information <br /> to the community and to gain input from the public. <br /> <br /> Deliverables: Meeting Minutes - Public Feedback <br /> <br /> 10.0 Construction Support <br /> Pakpour Consulting Group will provide construction support to the City consisting of review of <br /> materials submi~als and shop drawings for compliance with the contract documents. Pakpour <br /> Consulting Group will also respond to Request for Information (RFI) during the construction phase. <br /> <br /> Deliverables: Review of Material Submittals, Shop Drawings, and Response to RFIs <br /> <br /> 7-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
