<br />Resolution No. PC-94-54 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />6. The applicants shall notify the Planning Director when the INS <br />business has terminated and when decommissioning activities <br />are to begin. The applicants shall notify staff every 3 <br />months of the status of the decommissioning of the site. The <br />hours of operation for decommissioning the facility shall be <br />as follows: demolishing interior or exterior portions of the <br />building, demolishing and removal of paving, truck movements, <br />and the loading/unloading of trucks) shall be limited to <br />8: OOam to 8: OOpm, Monday through Saturday. Monitoring, <br />cleaning, surveying, paperwork activities shall be limited to <br />7:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />7. The applicants shall close the loading dock doors no later <br />than 7:00pm and shall ensure that tkey remain closed until <br />7:00am. <br /> <br />8. Employees shall park on-site only. If necessary to <br />accommodate all employee vehicles on site, the applicants <br />shall allow employees to park on the paved areas inside the <br />fenced area. <br /> <br />9. The INS management shall be responsible to prevent nuisances <br />created by employees arriving/departing the site due to <br />revving of engines, honking horns, loud radios, automobiles <br />idled for excessive amount of time, etc. The inability of INS <br />management to regulate their employees to prevent such <br />nuisances shall be cause for further review and possible <br />revocation of this use permit by the Planning commission. <br /> <br />10. The applicants shall maintain the property in a neat and weed- <br />free manner for as long as the property is owned by INS. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II <br />
