Resolution No. PC-94-54
Page 4

EXHIBIT B
Resolution No. PC-94-S4
Conditions of Approval
Case UP-94-60

1. The INS use shall conform sUbstantially to the site plan,
written narrative, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated
"Received" August 26, and September 14, 1994), on file with
the Planning Department, except as modified by these
conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject
to the approval of the Planning Director if found to be in
substantial conformance to the approved exhibits.

2. The use permit approval for the business operation is granted
for a period of three months, or until INS closes the business
and leaves the site, whichever occurs first. Subsequent use
permit extensions/approvals shall require review and approval
by the Planning Commission. Decommissioning activities are
not included in this time limitation. However, the applicants
shall conclude decommissioning activities in the shortest time
possible and shall adhere to all conditions relating to the
decommissioning.

3. If additional uses or activities beyond that approved by the
Planning Commission are desired by the applicants, prior City
review and approval is required. Details of such activities
shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who may approve
the modification if it is judged to be minor, or may refer the
matter to the Planning commission for a public hearing if
judged to be substantial.

4. That if, at any time in the future, it is determined by the
Planning Director that noise, hours of operation, emissions,
drainage, litter, storage, parking, traffic, or other issues
associated with the proposed use are having adverse effects on
surrounding uses or the City in general, this matter can be
submitted, at the discretion on the Planning Director, to the
Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public
hearing. If necessary, the commission may modify or add
conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke
said use permit.

5. The business hours of operation shall be as follows: truck
movements, loading/unloading activities, and dryer and lint
filter operations shall be limited to 7:00am to 8:00pm, Monday
through Friday. The hours of operation for sorting, washing,
mending, packaging, radiation surveys, and office work shall
be limited to 7:00am to 10:00pm, Monday through Friday.

-
