<br />Resolution No. PC-94-51 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-15-1M, the <br />application of pinn Bros. Construction for 1) a major <br />modification to an approved PUD development plan to <br />allow 46 small-lot single-family detached units on an <br />approximately 6.6 acre site in lieu of 48 paired <br />single-family units (duets) previously approved; and 2) <br />rezoning from the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - MDR <br />and HDR (Medium Density Residential and High Density <br />Residential) district to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - LDR (Low Density Residential) district <br />and development plan approval for one single-family <br />detached unit on a 1.00 acre site and one existing <br />single-family detached house on a 1.58 acre site to <br />conform to the stoneridge Drive Specific Plan for the <br />properties located southeasterly of Stoneridge Drive at <br />the intersection of Glen Isle Drive and Newton Way, <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />section 2.
