<br />Resolution No. PC-94-50 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />47. The developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan <br />prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all final <br />grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br />concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes <br />from surface water overflow. This plan shall be subject to <br />the review and approval of the city Engineer and/or the <br />Director of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any <br />building permits. <br /> <br />48. The developer shall comply with the city's non-point storm <br />drain run-off ordinance. <br /> <br />49. The developer shall submit an erosion and sedimentation <br />control plan or procedure as part of the improvement plans. <br />Grading completed prior to October 15 shall be revegetated and <br />stabilized by October 15. Grading completed between October <br />16 and April 15 shall be revegetated and restabilized as soon <br />as possible after completion of grading. <br /> <br />50. The developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as <br />part of the improvement plans. <br /> <br />51. The developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard <br />and erosion control prior to issuance of an Engineering or <br />Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the city Engineer. <br /> <br />52. The haul route for all materials to and from this development <br />shall be approved by the city Engineer prior to the issuance <br />of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />53. <br /> <br />Electric <br />service, <br />shall be <br /> <br />power distribution, gas distribution, communication <br />Cable television, and any required alarm systems <br />installed underground <br /> <br />54. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed <br />development on-site shall be installed underground in a joint <br />utility trench unless otherwise specifically approved by the <br />City Engineer or Director of Building Inspection for on-site. <br /> <br />55. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction <br />on the subject property shall be repaired to the satisfaction <br />of the city Engineer at full expense to the developer. This <br />shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street reconstruction <br />if deemed warranted by the city Engineer. <br />
