The developer's contractor (s) shall obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City Engineer prior to moving any construction <br />equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />57. The developer shall install grease and sand interceptors in <br />the parking lot. Prior to issuance of building permits, the <br />developer shall submit an inlet maintenance schedule to the <br />City Engineer for review and approval. <br /> <br />58. Should Diablo Auto Body desire to wash autos or other <br />equipment, a covered wash rack which drains to the sanitary <br />sewer may be required. Said wash rack and drainage plan shall <br />be submitted for the review and approval of the Building <br />Official and the City Engineer prior to the issuance of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />59. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior <br />to occupancy. <br /> <br />60. This design review approval will lapse within one year from <br />the date of approval unless a building permit is issued and <br />construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward <br />completion or an extension has been approved by the city. <br /> <br />61. Prior to the issuance of the building permit, the City's <br />Traffic Engineer shall review the width of the driveway on <br />utah street, and, if necessary, may require that it be <br />widened. staff also shall review any potential on-site <br />directional signage for the internal circulation of the on- <br />site parking area and, if necessary, shall require revision in <br />order to avoid anyon-site traffic circulation confusion. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />II <br />
