<br />Resolution No. PC-94-47 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is within the scope of previous <br />environmental review completed for projects within the <br />Hacienda Business Park; therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed use, <br />as conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-94-45, the application of <br />Unisource/Alco Standard Corporation for a conditional use <br />permit to construct and operate a 535,000 square foot, <br />single-story regional headquarters and warehouse <br />distribution facility at 4225 Hacienda Drive (Lot lOB and <br />a portion of Lot lOA in the Hacienda Business Park), <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
