These mitigation measures are <br />applicable to the subject project. <br /> <br />7. The plan conforms to the purposes of the PUD <br />District: <br /> <br />The project does conform to the purposes of the PUD <br />District for a development which either meets or <br />exceeds all General Plan standards and by providing <br />for a development which is in the best interest to <br />the city. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-29M/PUD-85-8-11M, <br />the application of Prudential Insurance company for a <br />major modification to an approved Planned Unit <br />Development to modify the conditions of approval of <br />Ordinance No. 1596, subject to the conditions on "Exhibit <br />B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />Section 2.
