NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-29M/PUD-85-8-11M, the application of Prudential Insurance company for a major modification to an approved Planned Unit Development to modify the conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1596, subject to the conditions on "Exhibit B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
