Except as modified by the conditions of approval for PUD-89- <br />5-1D-2M, all conditions of Cases PUD-89-5, PUD-89-5-1D, and <br />Tentative Tract Map 6266, shall remain in full force and <br />effect. <br /> <br />12. staff will review the number of front-facing garages at the <br />completion of each group of homes within a phase before the <br />construction of the next group of homes is started.
