Any <br />signage shall be in conformance with Section 18.91 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance and shall be subject to the review and <br />approval of the Planning Director prior to installation. All <br />existing signage from the former use shall be removed prior to <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />11. The use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all <br />times. <br /> <br />12. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A <br />new application must be made if the applicant relocates to <br />another site. <br /> <br />13. The applicant shall submit a landscape plan for modifications <br />to existing landscape areas and showing a new landscape <br />planter along the existing chain link fence on the rear <br />property line. The rear property line landscaping may include <br />an opening to accommodate a driveway to the Club Sport site if <br />a joint access and parking agreement is reached between both <br />property owners. This landscape plan shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director prior to <br />occupancy. <br /> <br />14. The applicant shall obtain approval from the Planning Director <br />prior to removing the chain link fence along the rear property <br />line for the purpose of providing join access and shared <br />parking between the church and Club Sport sites.
