The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, <br />floor plan, written narrative, and related materials, <br />Exhibit A (dated "Received" May 23, 1994), on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />2. If operation of this use results in major conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic/circulation, or other impacts, at <br />the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use <br />permit may be referred to the Planning commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to <br />mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable <br />City permits for the use and structure prior to the <br />commencement of the use. All future tenant improvements shall <br />be included as part of this condition. All necessary City <br />permits shall be secured prior to any work on the structure. <br /> <br />4. If additional activities beyond those proposed in the written <br />narrative, dated "Received May 23, 1994" on file with the <br />Planning Department are desired, prior City review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the <br />Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />5. Prior to occupancy, the applicant must secure a permit for <br />public assembly from the Pleasanton Fire Department. <br /> <br />6. The existing trash enclosure must be completely screened from <br />view, including the addition of a top cover. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall remove the two existing chain link fences <br />in the parking area on the south side of the building in order <br />to utilize all on-site parking and to improve circulation <br />throughout the site. <br /> <br />8. Attendance at all weddings and/or receptions shall be kept to <br />a maximum of 276 people. <br /> <br />9. Church officials shall inform members that parking in areas <br />other than the church parking lot or along Johnson Drive is <br />prohibited. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />Il <br />
