In the event complaints are received by the Planning Director <br />regarding noise, parking, traffic, or other problems occurring <br />as a result of the operation of the dance studio at this <br />location, the Director of Planning may refer the subject <br />project back to the Planning Commission for review; the <br />Planning Commission may at that time attach new conditions as <br />necessary to eliminate/minimize the problem or may revoke the <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />9. Class enrollment is limited to a maximum of 15 students for <br />each practice area for a total of 30 students. <br /> <br />10. If additional activities and number of students beyond that <br />initially proposed by the applicant are desired, prior City <br />review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be <br />submi tted to the Planning Director, who may approve the <br />modification or refer the matter to the Planning commission if <br />judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />11.
