The details for the private roadway, an emergency vehicle <br />access from Foothill Road near the southern end of the <br />adjacent Thomas subdivision, utilities, and the Fire <br />Department turnaround, to serve this site shall be shown on <br />the Minor Subdivision Map (PM 6261) for the adjacent four- <br />lot Thomas development submitted for review and approval by <br />the staff Review Board. The Fire Department turnaround on <br />Lot 5 shall be designed in such a manner as to clearly <br />distinguish it from the adjacent driveway area whether this <br />be completed through the use of different paving materials, <br />pavement markings, etc. The design of this area shall be <br />such that it is clear that no parking shall occur within the <br />area of the Fire Department turnaround. The details of this <br />approved turnaround and driveway design shall also be shown <br />on the plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit <br />for this structure. <br /> <br />8. At no time shall a tennis court or sport court be constructed <br />on the proposed lot (Lot 5). <br /> <br />9.
