d. All future improvements to the property shall be processed in accordance <br /> with Section 18.20, Design Review, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br /> f. Per the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan, only gas fireplaces, pellet <br /> fueled wood heaters or EPA certified wood-bumin~ appliances may be <br /> installed in all new construction. <br /> <br />Plan Corrections <br /> <br /> 35. Prior to building permit submittal, the plans shall be revised to contain: a. Revise the finish schedule to note: <br /> I. All windows facing RMC to be dual-paned. <br /> II. Flat slate tile for the roofing material. <br /> III. Energy-efficient heating and cooling systems <br /> IV. Energy-efficient lighting to be used inside and outside. <br /> <br /> b. Corrections to Sheet A2: <br /> I. Revise the floor plan to contain a fireplace restrictive note per <br /> condition number 34(f). <br /> <br /> c. Corrections to Sheet PL-I: <br /> I. Provide tree protection notes for the existing trees. <br /> <br /> d. Corrections to Plan set: <br /> I. Revise plans to contain a fresh-air ventilation and/or air-conditioning <br /> system that allow the residence to maintain closed windows for noise <br /> and dust control. All windows facing the RMC Lonestar plant shall <br /> be dual-paned. <br /> <br /> II. Revise plans to contain a final lighting plan for the building site and <br /> site covered by this approval to the Planning Director for review and <br /> approval before issuance of building permits. All outdoor lighting <br /> shall be low intensity, cut-off style fixtures and shall be directed <br /> away from adjacent residences. No lighting shall be upward directed <br /> against the building or any landscaping. <br /> <br /> III. Revise plans to contain a grading and drainage plan per condition <br /> number 16(d)(I). <br /> <br /> IV. The main structure shall be constructed to allow for future installation <br /> of a Photo Voltaic (PV) system. The project/building developer may <br /> either comply with the following requirements for making ail houses <br /> on the Lot photovoltaic ready.
