<br />General Fund Revenue
<br />
<br />Property taxes are the largest source of revenue to the General Fund. Excluding the
<br />ERAF III property tax shifts in FY05 and FY06, staff is projecting an increase of 5.9% in
<br />the first year of the proposed budget compared to the current year's projection, and an
<br />additional increase of 5.3% in the second year of the proposed budget. Based on FY05
<br />increases in Hotel tax revenues, staff is projecting increases each year of about $200,000.
