Planning Commission at is regular meeting of June 8 and the resolution was adopted. A copy <br />of the resolution is attached to this report as Attachment B. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />This CIP projects expenditures estimated at $51,819,415 over the next four years. All of these <br />projects are funded from revenues traditionally earmarked for the City's Capital Improvement <br />Program, including a General Fund transfer. As a result, there should not be any additional <br />financial impact on the City except for those detailed in the Program. However, should the <br />Council decide to add or amend projects to the Program, additional impacts may result. <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br /> <br />Steven R.
