ATTACHMENT B <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO PC-2005-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THE PROPOSED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />FOR FISCAL YEARS 2005-2006 THROUGH 2008-2009 <br /> CONSISTENT WITH THE PLEASANTON GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to investigate and make <br />recommendations to the City Council regarding the means of implementing the <br />General Plan so that it will serve as an effective guide for the efficient expenditure <br />of public funds relating to the subjects addressed in the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its duly-noticed public hearing of June 8, 2005, the Planning Commission considered <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of City staff concerning the <br />proposed Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2005-2006 through 2007-2008. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />The Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2005-2006 through <br />2008-2009, as a whole and as individual projects, is consistent with the <br />Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON JUNE 8, 2005, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Blank, Fox, Maas, and Roberts. <br />None. <br />None. <br />None. <br /> <br />ATTEST: None. <br /> <br /> wn G.
