Given the existing hours of operation, the proposal will not impact other surrounding uses. The applicant does not plan to alter the exterior of the building. Other similar services in the area have been conditionally approved by the Commission and have not caused any reported problems. The existing warehouse will comply with applicable Building and Fire codes. D.R.K. Specialties will not involve the use or storage of any hazardous materials. Based on the aforementioned, the project will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare and that this finding can be made. C. The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
