<br />Resolution No. PC-94-09 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />f. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the City <br />Engineer. The private water line shall be looped within <br />the private street. The city main shall be protected <br />with the appropriate back-flow devices required by the <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer that there is adequate fire-flow within <br />the development. If fire flow is not available, the <br />developer shall install a public water main in the <br />Junipero Avenue right-of-way area from Case Avenue to <br />connect with the existing city main located by the <br />Pleasanton Senior Center. <br /> <br />h. Private streets shall be designed to slope to a vertical <br />curb and gutter on the street's interior side. Valley <br />gutters shall be installed between the parking stalls and <br />private street where required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />i. Unless otherwise stated on the development, all private <br />streets shall maintain a minimum width of 25'. The <br />minimum face-of-curb radius shall be 20' unless otherwise <br />required by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />j. Posts on covered carports shall be set into the parking <br />space a minimum distance of 18". <br /> <br />k. Any damage to existing street improvements during <br />construction on the subject property shall be repaired to <br />the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to <br />the developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, <br />or street reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />l. The developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an <br />encroachment permit from the city Engineer prior to <br />moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />m. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage <br />plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all <br />final grades and on-site drainage control measures. <br /> <br />n. <br /> <br />The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point <br />storm drain run-off ordinance. The applicant shall <br />include erosion control measures on the final grading <br />plan subject to the approval of the Building Department. <br />No grading shall take place between October 15 and April <br />15 unless such measures are in place. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. , <br />
