The developer shall submit two copies of the site soils <br />report to the Director of Building Inspection for third <br />party peer review and shall pay for such review at the <br />time specified by the Director, but in all cases before <br />the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />j. All ground-floor units shall be handicapped accessible in <br />accordance with state requirements. All required changes <br />to the floor plans shall be shown on the building permit <br />plans for review and approval by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />20. Fire Protection <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />a. Work on the <br />alternative fire protection methods shall not start <br />without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />All internal streets are designated as fire apparatus <br />access roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in <br />accordance with Section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Code and <br />be accessible at all times from the start of construction <br />until the project is completed. Curbs must be painted <br />red or "No Parking" signs provided as required by the <br />vehicle code. <br /> <br />II <br />
