<br />EXHIBIT A <br />Resolution No. PC-91-111 <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />1. All previous conditions and requirements contained within the <br />Planning commission Resolution No. PC-87-25, approving Tract <br />5721, shall remain in full force and effect, except as <br />modified herein. <br /> <br />2. The expiration date of Vesting Tentative Map 5721 is hereby <br />extended to December 31, 1992. <br /> <br />3. No grading permits and/or building permits for the lots to be <br />covered by any new final map covered by Tentative Map 5721 <br />shall be issued until all improvements, public and common <br />area, in Tracts 5721 and 5825 are completed to the <br />satisfaction of the Directors of Planning and Public Works. <br /> <br />4. All improvements in commonly owned areas shall be bonded for <br />in a manner satisfactory to the city Attorney to assure that, <br />in the event the improvements are not completed within one <br />year from the filing of the final map containing those <br />improvements, the City may complete the improvements at no <br />cost to the City. <br />
