<br />Board's review of the landscape plan prior to recordation of <br />a final map for the project. <br /> <br />17. That the developer shall post cash, bond, or other security <br />satisfactory to the Planning Director and City Engineer in the <br />amount of $25,000.00 for the trees required to be preserved in <br />the creek area southerly of Lots 21-28. Said security shall <br />be posted prior to the issuance of anyon-site, grading, or <br />building permits for the project. <br /> <br />18. That the subsequent removal by future homeowners of any street <br />trees shown in the street tree plan shall be subject to <br />individual review and approval by the Planning Director. A <br />requirement to this effect shall be incorporated into the <br />CC&R's for the development, which shall be submitted for <br />review by the City Attorney prior to the issuance of building <br />permits for any lots within the development. <br /> <br />19. That the fire retardant vegetation depicted in the landscape <br />plan along the slope bank south of Lots 21-28 shall be planted <br />prior to the granting of occupancy for any of the houses on <br />these lots. <br /> <br />20. That the landscaping to be installed along the Dublin Canyon <br />Road frontage of the site shall be maintained by the <br />homeowners association for the development. <br /> <br />21. That the evergreen trees required to be planted along the rear <br />of Lots 16-20 shall be maintained by the future owners of <br />these lots. This requirement shall be formalized as a long- <br />term obligation in the CC&R's for the affected lots, to be <br />reviewed by the City Attorney prior to the issuance of <br />building permits for the lots. <br /> <br />22. That, except as otherwise modified by the approved plan or <br />conditions of approval, all conditions of Case PUD-90-13 shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />23. That this project shall also be subject to the standard <br />conditions for tentative maps, attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />
