<br />through a recreational easement similar to that <br />required in the Canyon Meadows development to the <br />east. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />tentative map is in general conformance with the <br />development plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6447, the application of S & S <br />Properties has applied for a vesting tentative map to <br />allow the subdivision of an approximately 9 acre site <br />into 40 single-family residential lots located at 10890 <br />Dublin Canyon Road subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
