<br />substantially comply with the purpose of the PUD <br />District by allowing for a two-lot, small-scale <br />development on the site which ordinarily would have <br />been possible under the RM-4,000 zoning standards. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed PUD <br />rezoning is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANT ON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-91-9, the application <br />of Ken GOOCh/Orion Homes, Inc., for planned unit <br />development (PUD) rezoning of an approximately .17 acre <br />parcel from the RM-4,000 (Multiple Family Residential) <br />zoning district to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />High Density Residential District and development plan <br />approval for the renovation of an existing single-family <br />residence and the construction of an additional 845 sq. <br />ft. single-family residence located at 216 Kottinger <br />Drive, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2.
