One-story height <br />limits shall be used where appropriate to avoid <br />obtrusive development on ridgelines, or where the <br />privacy of existing houses in subdivisions to the <br />north could be adversely impacted by new <br />development. <br />When: Prior to PUD development plan and building permit <br />approval. <br />Who Verifies: Planning Department. <br /> <br />20.
