Grading plans shall <br />include provisions to limit impacts to adjacent <br />residents by minimizing grading near property <br />lines, phasing grading operations to minimize noise <br />disturbance, and frequent watering of exposed areas <br />to reduce dust. If fill is used on slopes, the <br />grading plan shall provide detailed recommendations <br />for slope gradients, preparation, acceptable fill <br />materials, and method of placement and degree of <br />fill compaction.
