Submit soils and geotechnical engineering studies (page ll2) . <br /> <br />Who: Individual developers. <br />What: Site-specific soils, geologic and geotechnical <br />engineering studies shall be required for <br />structures proposed on parcels within zones Ao, F, <br />and Al (zones where the potential geologic hazard <br />is judged to be moderate to high). <br />When: Prior to tentative map or building permit approval. <br />Who Verifies: Building Inspection Department. <br /> <br />25. Submi t grading and erosion control plans (page lOO of the <br />FEIR) . <br /> <br />Who: Individual developers. <br />What: Submit grading and erosion control plans for each <br />development project within the Specific Plan area. <br />Grading plans shall balance cut and fill to the <br />maximum extent feasible. Grading plans shall <br />include provisions to limit impacts to adjacent <br />residents by minimizing grading near property <br />lines, phasing grading operations to minimize noise <br />disturbance, and frequent watering of exposed areas <br />to reduce dust. If fill is used on slopes, the <br />grading plan shall provide detailed recommendations <br />for slope gradients, preparation, acceptable fill <br />materials, and method of placement and degree of <br />fill compaction. Erosion control plans shall <br />include effective control methods as detailed by <br />the Association of Bay Area Governments. <br />When: Prior to final subdivision map and building permit <br />approval. <br />Who Verifies: Public Works and Building Inspection Departments. <br /> <br />Bioloqical Resources <br /> <br />26. Ensure no net loss. of wetland habitat (page l23). <br /> <br />Who: Funding Developers. <br />What: Develop a creek habitat restoration plan as a part <br />of the master landscape plan that follows the <br />Specific Plan guidelines, results in no net loss of <br /> <br />- 8 - <br />
